Carolyn Hasser grew up in Gadsden, Alabama. A Kappa Kappa Gamma, she graduated with honors from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Public Relations.
She and her husband, Jimmy, lived in Birmingham and Montgomery prior to their move to his hometown of Mobile in 1984 where he practices law.
As a mother of three, Carolyn considered her most important job as having been a "stay-at-home" mom. However, her work background is varied, ranging from retail to non-profit to product promotions to teaching. Volunteering with her children's schools, St. Ignatius Church, the Junior League of Mobile, Americorps Vista and various other civic and charitable organizations has been a big part of her life.
Carolyn is an officer in one of her Mardi Gras organizations, and has served as President of the Mobile Bar Auxiliary. She is an avid tennis player through her membership at the Country Club of Mobile and has captained USTA and BATA tennis teams.
Her experience as a newcomer to Mobile and her life and leadership skills translate to an exceptional level of real estate service. She knows just how it feels to move to a new community and what it takes to help someone feel "at home" quickly. Her contacts within the community and her knowledge of the local market gives her an edge- both in knowing what new properties may be coming up for sale for buyers as well as promoting existing listings!
